It's the closest convenience store to where I live, and they have DARK beer (which I porefer) and even L.A. Cetto WINE! Friendly, professional attention, and I can even pay for my WiFi connection!
The store is medium. It is well located, they have a lot of traffic, it is always full of people inside. Sometimes only one box works and the other is unattended. In addition, the location to pay is in front of the entrance or exit gate and the people who are lining up to pay. It hinders free movement. They must recondition or better plan the store because it does not have the flow of personnel and the aisles are narrow. Maybe they do that conditioning or maybe not. But the store is not functional. They could have planned it better. Or build it on a larger property. It seems that the Oxxo stores are planned in medium-sized properties. So everything inside is tight. The staff don't know what customer service is. They don't know how to take care of it. They concentrate on other things and forget about the boxes. I wish there were other stores better than Oxxo. Another thing. Many times the product has a price and when you pay there is another. They should correct that.
You must always open the second box, they only look at each other if they charge or not without caring about customer service, in a few words it is worth it
