If you don't want to work well, then don't go, don't be mediocre, the store is located in an upper-middle-class area, so those who serve feel less and treat customers badly because they believe that one is going to trample on them.

Today I went to this store as I do almost every day to buy a coffee, but on this occasion I asked for a Saldazo card and the lady whose name is Alejandra or Alejandrina, who is daughter of the man who runs that store. In the end he told me that they didn't have cards and I took advantage and sat for a while on the benches inside the store. But it was the last straw with this one, if you can call it a lady, because she ran me out of the store just because I sat on the benches that are there. He told me in a rude manner as is his custom that I should leave and that it was only for customers who ate there. So I answered that I consumed something every day and his answer was even more rude and he said that "He wasn't interested" and that I should leave, making a big fuss in front of the customers who were there. In almost 2 years that I have been going to that store, this lady who is always in a very bad mood and very bad face and who never answers the greetings, in the end I always ignored her and always went to the brother who is very kind, but This time I hope that measures are taken against her and they remove her from there, I am sure that they have lost many clients because of the terrible attitude and the terrible customer service that this woman has or I don't know if she is a woman because she looks like a man. I hope you take this complaint into account and can do something about it. People like this cannot be running a business, much less an OXXO that has a lot of people looking for good products and good service.
