Outback Steakhouse

Eduardo was an excellent server, he was amazing, nice, and quick with the food. The food was delicious, and the steak was one of the best I've had here in Guadalajara. Of course, i will be coming back here. This restaurant is always delicious, but this time around and lately, they have been excellent. Crunchy fries and crunchy blooming onion, amazing wings and burger, and an amazing cedar salad. Refreshing drinks, delicious food, amazing service. If you arrive later in the evening, you should ask for Eduardo, because he is the best. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my favorite Outback. I love that every time I get to visit them they have something new. The staff always has accurate recommendations and they're so nice to us each time we go (which is often haha) Plates are well served, drinks are big. Also the house beer is pretty fresh (lager) and the ribs for 2 are delicious

My wife had the fried chicken steak and it was pretty good with purée potatoes. The service was fast and pleasant I have been a chef for 20 plus years and always try to be respectful with reviews and establishments who’s restaurants are their livelihood. It was annoying to have to argue with the manager here about the steaks. I ordered a rib eye and received a sirloin/ porterhouse. No big deal as it was cooked ok. I don’t like to waste food either, I just wanted to alert them that the chef is firing the wrong steaks. They wouldn’t admit it though and said that’s the way the steaks are that they get. Unless this cow was from another planet, it was not rib eye. I know rib eye having cooked thousands of them. Anyway I guess they hope here that the customer is a bit ignorant or use the excuse it’s a restaurant from another country 🤷‍♀️ I’ll probably be back for the fried onion but will double check with kitchen that the steak is the one they say it is on the menu :)

It was a good experience! The food was really good, the server was nice and kind! Is not my first time in outback but in galerías it really was 😁
