OluKai

This is actually a olukai store they have things I didn't even know they made. There's a tall guy and girl that helped us and I mean helped. Cause of my big shoe size one of them was constantly having to run around to the storage area for that shop and get the shoes I was looking at. Sorry I got big feet but hey you know what they say about guys with big feet they got BIG SOCKS. HAHAHAHA

My brother bought me some beautiful slippers from here as a gift but they were the wrong size. I went in to exchange them and the young lady working was great. She was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. The exchange was a breeze, she just needed an email address. I can’t wait to try my new slippers. I’ve heard nothing but great things.

I *never* go to Waikiki since I'm a resident of the islands but was excited to find this shop at Hilton Hawaiian Village so I could pick up a pair of shoes! I was so impressed with the layout of the store & moreso, in today's environment I was so impressed with the salesperson. I didn't get his name but clearly he knew his product line, he was quite service oriented as the shoe I THOUGHT I wanted didn't end up to be my purchase. It was a great way to end a crazy week of work with retail therapy! :)

Favorite sandals/flip flops though they make a variety of other shoes as well. Will say that the shoes are definitely pricey but they are of good quality. Used to wear rainbows before I found Olukai and despite frequent use, have held up well for years which is impressive. It is a small store and will not have a lot of options that are available online. If you are wanting to try a specific design and size, call ahead to make sure they have it. Located in the Hilton village shops, lots to eat and shop in the area though parking is not easy or cheap.

I walked so many miles in my Olu Kai Sandals that I finally needed a new pair Both the male and female folks working were exceptionally friendly-very kind helpful people-i left the store in my new sandals happy with not only my shoes but the kindness and customer service I experienced
