Very helpful staff.. much like any small town hardware. I knew they'd have a 1/4 -20 black t handle. (Went to home depot first.. what a waste of my time) Shop Local!

Great local hardware store. It's bigger than it appears and if you're not paying attention....you're lost! The plants & greenery are top notch. All of the employees are friendly and will assist with anything you need. Another great reason to live in Takoma Park.

This is a decent Ace hardware with good selection, in a great location. But the past few times I have been in the staff are either not knowledgeable and helpful or seem to actively avoid interacting with customers. Like not just me. It's unfortunate because otherwise it's all good!

Customer service was great. Purchased Benjamin Moore paint for my door.
