Already starting because he stayed looking at me behind the door without hearing me and pointing to the sign they had on the door as if he didn't see it, because when he saw that I was still there he opened the door and with very bad temper he asked me what I wanted and telling me that it was lie that no one picked up the phone when I had been trying for days and I told him so, finally he barely let me explain what I wanted to consult and told me to call the phone number there and they would solve it for me, all of this without letting me enter the office, at the door, while she was not serving any clients, anyway, with that alone I decided to leave the bank and now this week I am in the process of canceling the account, then the banks complain that they are losing clients, normal with those deals, and it doesn't surprise me that more offices close, given what we've seen, sometimes you meet people who seem to be happy to serve you when it's their job, in the end it's as if they were doing you a favor
