Oficina Banc BBVA

I came to the bank today at 11am to open a new bank account but the lady working sent me away. I guess they don’t need any more clients, I will be choosing another bank to put my money into.

What an embarrassment of a bank. The people working here definitely didn’t get an education, so I have no idea how any of them got a job at BBVA… PS. Please don’t ask me to email you my problem, because you’ve asked that to all the bad reviews and you obviously haven’t changed anything.

They never pick up the phone

On Friday, September 29, an older woman asked me for help making a deposit at the ATM. He explained to me that he asked for help inside the office, but that the employee told him that she was NOT helping him. I needed to get the money to pay the rent. It didn't take me more than 1 minute to help her. Unacceptable attitude of the workers of this BBVA office.

I go when there is ONE HOUR to close, they don't open the door for you. They're sitting in there.
