I need to contact them to request an appointment and they do not answer the phone and from the same app they do not give appointments for this branch, I have to go in person since my son needs to sign the documentation for a new card..... anyway!! !! I see that many people and I are unable to contact them... FATAL!!!

I don't know if the office is closed or not but they don't respond to emails or calls. Bank shame. The only thing they do is make me want to change all my BBVA products to another bank. Some scoundrels and while there are people who need to work...

The only branch in the area, the current window service hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. I got to the line at 10:40 a.m. and waited until 11 a.m., then they closed and they didn't serve me. This is not the first time I have had problems of this type.

Nothing to object about the employees of this agency. Peeeerooooo BBVA and before that Caixacat: very bad, but very bad since always. They forced us to go to this agency after closing the one on Canigó Street, and there were a lot of retirees waiting standing on the street for a long time. They could at least buy some stools in a Chinese bazaar, or if it's too much expense for BBV, we'll be satisfied with some wooden drawers found at the deixalleria.
