The worst experience from such a big bank with a reputation, they need to make an adjustment on the customer service provided by the personel there.

The person who serves a short guy with glasses who is totally useless, something as simple as identifying me after a robbery, tells me, in a very bad way, that he doesn't manage that. IT WAS JUST TO IDENTIFY ME, I had my ID, my other cards and what it did was make me dizzy and angrier. Simply useless, I don't know how a company as serious as BBVA can hire such unprofessional people, because of this person I considered changing banks.

I wanted to be a client of the bank and I was processing the account online, I had to go to the bank to certify it and the guy who was there is a bitch, super mediocre service, very bad attitude, I didn't want to be a BBVA client, it's a shame that a company as big as this hire such terrible advisors
