Oficina Banc BBVA

Yesterday, Saint George's Day, I wanted to withdraw money to buy roses and the machine swallowed the card without a message and nothing. Goodbye roses!! Today I went to claim the card and it was impossible because I am not a BBVA customer. I called my bank and they confirmed that there was no reason to block the card. The problem came from the ATM and now I am left without a card for a few days. DO NOT WITHDRAW money at this bank. NOT TRUSTWORTHY !!

On July 19, at 11:20 a.m., I am going to make a cash deposit to my account, both ATMs are broken. A single person in front of me at the cashier service, twenty minutes late, my turn arrives and the woman at the cashier tells me that she can't serve me because her computer system has "hanged." With the previous person, what a coincidence, the computer system worked perfectly. In short, in my own BBVA office I can't even make a deposit to my account. I give one star because this system does not allow not giving one, which is what this office deserves.

DREAMS. 4 months ago I made a negative review and... surprise, that's when they answered me. Now I see myself in the same situation. Trying to contact my office (manager, director, office, and the 3 options are unsuccessful). I have to do an important job, which requires talking to a natural person and not through the application, and, after 11 days of sending an email... no one answers. I spoke with my manager after requesting a TELEPHONE appointment (because there was no option in person) and she had not even seen my email. Totally dissatisfied. I would not recommend BBVA no matter how much its mobile application has prizes. The personal attention is non-existent.

AWESOME!!!! Impossible to contact anyone from this office. They don't answer the phone or emails. I sent an email on May 10 that fell on deaf ears. I sent another one again on June 22 and no problem. I call the office phone, the sales phone and the director's phone and there is no way they can pick up the phone. Incredible that I have to find a moment to show up at the office to ask for explanations. This BBVA office certainly doesn't give a damn about its clients.

They only attend until 11 at the window, well attended, but it is not pleasant.
