Really I have never faces worse customer care.

opened accounts in different countries. so that the service process is so badly built. I have not encountered. admission by appointment. mail is not answered. on the phone too.

Unbelievably rude before even saying hello. Come here prepared for a bad experience and don’t let your visit here ruin your day. Remember, there’s always worse things in life than visiting a bank

What a shame of service! They don't serve you without an appointment, but you find out when you get there... And two chatty employees at the entrance didn't even respond to my greeting... And a BBVA? But what have we come to? ...I see that the time has come to change banks! By the way, the field and beach employees deserved another photo...
