Bad service, the workers at this oxxo do not serve well, they are very rude and they never have changes 👎

They never have change, they prefer that you return the product instead of changing a bill of any denomination, very bad service; Employees must be reminded that even if it is an Oxxo it is as if it were their own business but since they are employees they are not interested in selling, it does not matter to them whether a product is sold or a product left or returned.

Terrible attention from the staff, mainly a girl named Polly who refuses to sell to the customer. In addition to acting rudely.

It is not open, it is under renovation

Every time I go the manager laughs at me and my family, it is annoying to have attitudes like this when we are customers. I don't recommend it at all. I hope the company opens its eyes to the staff they have there.
