This review is loooong overdue. I stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Milford, NH on the Sunday afternoon of Labor Day. It was a very sunny and hot day. My battery was dead when I went out to my car at home and decided to have it checked at O'Reilly. When I went in to the shop, a gentleman was doing some paperwork and told me the mechanics had left for the day, but put down what he was working on and went outside to my car. Within 10 minutes, he had checked my battery and installed a new one! He couldn't have been nicer or mare patient. The same can be said about the 2 people at the desk. The gentleman who helped me as it turns out, is the owner. He didn't tell me, but his daughter at the desk did. It was very close to closing time, on a long weekend, and hot as blazes outside. The service I received reflected none of that. They were kind, efficient, patient and extremely pleasant! Thank you for the extremely positive and memorable experience. I apologize it took me so long to submit this well deserved review. I'd give you 10 stars if I could!
I prefer online for in store pickup and had made a mistake ordering only one of 2 needed parts. The people working noticed my error and ordered a second one for me to have delivered that day. They saved me a weekend of back and forth trips to get my car fixed.
Some of the guys that work here are very "let's get to the point" and get the he'll out of here. I feel as if they don't like me, because I just try to start a little small talk nongossip conversation, but I receive nothing in return. I ask some of the guys for advice or to find me a certain part and they can't seem to do for whatever excuse they have. I honestly have been trying to take my business elsewhere. I've spent a lot of money at this place, so it's pretty frustrating.
They were the only auto parts dealer who had the brake pads I needed. And had two different prices. That was just super. And they were open early. So I could have the work done on my car the same day. Thanks Guys
Was at this store yesterday. I was wondering why there was not a specific transmission fluid I needed on the shelf. A sales rep looked into it and informed me that there was a ford service bulletin about it saying to use a different fluid. He even went a step further and printed it out for me. He was very helpful. Also was in there two weeks prior and received excellent service as well. Thanks
