I always have great customer service here but just had SUCH a good experience I had to review. My car key battery needed replaced and it was very tricky to remove. They looked up a video and removed it for me and were very careful in the process, and so friendly the whole time! It was overall a quick and easy thing but they made me feel genuinely cared for in the process. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to do business. Locally owned with a helpful staff. One of the last places that sharpen knives and has Turkey Brine in stock. I truly hope this place never closes!

I have never experienced customer service even close to as good at this place. Ace, please give Ken a raise because he did something 4 places couldn’t do or help with. He grinded a screw down and punched it out and then attached a handle to the piece for my spigot. It works good as new. I have never met Ken before this, but Ace, you have a fantastic employee and person. Ace has my business from here on out.

Tiny big box store. Customer service is basic response until you’re tired of calling for answers. Minimal knowledge on stihl products they sell. Take your money to a more reputable dealer & go to sled shed. Hands down great customer service at this stihl dealer. Spend $300 bucks at O’Donnell ace you may have to wait 4 weeks for them to figure out how to repair your brand new stihl product. They get one star for atleast knowing how to answer the phone.

Stopped in for some screws, staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Store is a little small and cramped but in all it was easy to locate items.
