The quality of the product is good, but the customer service is terrible. The milk snow is only sold in a cone, not suitable for small children, I asked him to sell me a separate glass and he wanted to charge me at the normal price as if it had yogurt snow and topping. I had to go to another store to buy a cup to empty my child's snow there.
