Resident in long term care has need of Numotion wheelchair repair. Did not show up for scheduled appointment to repair. When contacted stated a new wheelchair would be forthcoming in several months. What is this long term resident supposed to do until then. Extremely poor customer service.

Ive been with Numotion since it was Wheelchairs Plus. I wouldnt go through anywhere else. They take good care of what you need and they are super nice

This company chooses profits over people. I've been a customer since before they were bought out by NuMotion and they continue to go downhill.

Been waiting for a wheel chair since June 22, found out they haven't even finished all the paper work!!! VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
