What a joke of a company! Broke an armrest saddle on my chair June 6th, called it in, now July 27th and they finally poked around long enough to get the paperwork in order,....ie insurance, prescription. Haven't ordered the parts yet. You lost a customer on your first try!
Horrible customer service. Left several messages for management to call back. No replies. Client has had wheelchair for over 7 months still not programmed correctly. If you don't actually want to be mobile this is your store.

NuMotion has no follow through with customers and takes months to get someone to come out and when they come they are not able to fix anything…
