Numotion

We have tried to reach the Huntsville office of Numotion 10 times by phone over the past two weeks, 4 times by Email, and 6 times by text message with absolutely no response. We have left 9 messages with their central call center, still no response. This place is an embarrassment to people in wheel chairs that need some service.

Great people. I was in a bind and called pleading for help, and the technician came almost immediately and saved our trip to Europe. New batteries and new charger delivered ON THE SPOT. When I got the wheelchair, which is awesome by the way, they bent over helping me fight insurance to get one approved. Professional, motivated, willing to go the extra mile. If all companies were half this good it would be a miracle.

My Wife has M.S and has been trying to call a technician with New Moyions to repair her Chair that is not functioning/ operating correctly, and No one from New Wotion has returned a call this is horrible Customer Service. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional!
