There is a reason I have done the majority of my shopping with Nordstrom for years. I had made a purchase earlier this year, and had a bout of bad personal stuff right after. I was way past the return window. I explained this to the gal who helped me (Solome N.) and she returned my items without even any remarks. This was honored to me once before, years ago, and I was fearful that they wouldn’t take my return this time. I am beyond grateful for the best customer service out there!

It was a horrible experience in many ways. First, the salesperson asked me to buy another pair of shoes that I previously ordered online, so he could get commission (where I would be returning the pair I bought online and keep the pair he would have sold me.). So, he was pretty much trying to inconvenience me, in order for him to get a larger commission. Second, the same salesperson told me it would be easy to return a pair of shoes I purchased through him via mailing it back. (I explained that the shoes probably wouldn't fit my wife and I live an hour away from Cherry Creek). However, his statement turned out to be false. He never linked the purchase to my online profile, so I wasn't able to do the return online. Nordstrom online said I'd have to call the store. So, I called the store and somebody told me that they would email me a return label, which as of now they've failed to do. I won't publicly state the salesperson's name on here. But, the register number is 4353 and the transaction number is 3927. I think this salesperson could benefit from additional training. And as an update, I was finally able to resolve this issue by contacting Nordstrom.

I got a Nordstrom gift card from my friend that she purchased at KING SOOPERS and went to shop at Nordstrom Cherry Creek where 2 employees ( one from coffee shop, another from cosmetics department) told me that there no money on my gift card ( so humiliating). I almost threw that card away but decided next day to check a balance with a manager in Belmar, Nordstrom Rack location. So turns out my gift card had 100$ balance and he told me that there 2 bar codes and employees were scanning wrong barcode. That happened to me couple years ago as well and unfortunately I threw those gift cards away. Please, train your employees properly so they know what they doing. Thank you.

Ever since I moved to Denver I have always really enjoyed coming here . The people who work here have always been very friendly and helpful. I’m wondering when Nordstroms is going to revamp their look to something that is more natural and updated. It would be really great if they offered more natural and clean cosmetics in store and not only online. Perhaps some of their more natural cosmetics that are clean and focus on conservation and are friendly for the environment. It would be great for the business. I remember when the cosmetics area used to be a happening spot and it’s sad to see it so empty . It’s probably because most of the cosmetics that are offered are not clean . I found only one maybe two clean cosmetic products offered when I went yesterday to look for some tinted moisturizer sunscreen. Considering Nordstrom’s was founded in Seattle , one would hope that they were ahead in the environmentally friendly department industry however it’s sad to see that they are not . Especially when looking at their cosmetic products. It would also be great if they offered more eco friendly and sustainable fabric in their clothing line and in the shoe department . Hopefully they have some plans to revamp this place because if not , there are better choices online and it would be sad to see Nordstrom’s have to close down .

I tried to buy shoes 3 weeks ago and couldn’t get anyone to help. Went back this morning and had the good fortune of having Jonathan be my salesman. He was kind, attentive, patient and offered excellent suggestions. Came home with 4 new pairs. Oh! And the special ON shoe person was unprofessional, rude and terrible. ON should let her go! (She was the ON employee working on the morning of November 4th).
