Nordstrom Rack

I got the most adorable pair of vintage Havana's for half the price at Nordstrom Rack. It's my go- to shoes when I hit the Las Vegas strip this summer. Also, I love their line of career clothing for women. Only issue I has was that their restroom, on the day I visited was in a less than satisfactory condition. I was shocked...tissue paper every where on the floor, toilets not clean etc.

Designer quality clothing at a reduced cost. Still even 2 weeks before Christmas very well stocked, definitely not a department store more like a Marshalls.

I visited this store and i was immediately take aback by the HEAVILY intoxicated worker who was there. Incredibly disappointed and made me and my family uncomfortable. It was a shorter woman with brown hair in a pony tail wearing glasses. I hope something comes of this because this is INCREDIBLY unprofessional.

I brought in a shirt in 6/22/23 without a receipt and they could not return it. It was around 4:15pm so you can look up the manager on duty. I have never experienced this happening at any Nordstrom rack nor Nordstrom before. Their return policy has always been impeccable. The advisor even brought the manager over and they simply said sorry. Almost every store, even outside a Nordstrom can scan the tag and return it. The fact the didn’t even try was a little shocking.

It was exactly what I expected. Just like another viewer posted, there were not enough deep discounts. They had a great selection of sweaters, shoes, and fall clothing.
