The staff at this store are so friendly , and very helpful. I was looking for a pair of uggs abd had called before going to the store, just to make sure that they had what I wanted in stock. The associate on the phone informed me that they had 4 pairs if the boots I was looking for. Upon n arriving , I could not find them in the c regular shoe section, finding an employee to help took me all of 10 seconds , abd they escorted me directly to the location of the boots. I was in a hurry that day, so it was very nice to have to waste time searching around, abd then to have the associate that helped Mr, to be so informed, friendly, and professional.

I am very disappointed in the Nordstrom hiring and background checking process, people like this should never be allowed to work in customer service. A recent hire at your location is homophobic and Transhobic and purposefully outed a friend of mine to their mom and got them kicked out of their home. And when confronted about it threatened to kill themselves and put my name in there suicide note saying it was my fault. And I want them fired immediately!

Great store for sakes. We stocked up on a little of everything. The men’s section was off the charts. The savings and price knockdowns were huge.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Nordstrom Rack while attempting to return a product. The cashier's behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory, as he selectively granted privileges to certain customers based on his personal preferences. From the moment I approached the cashier, it was evident that he had no interest in assisting me. Despite his claims that he could help with the return, it quickly became apparent that his willingness to provide assistance was solely dependent on whether he deemed me worthy. Witnessing him grant special privileges to other customers, it was evident that he was applying a subjective criteria to decide who deserved assistance. As a customer, I believe in fair treatment and equality for all. It is highly concerning and disheartening to experience such blatant discrimination. Regardless of personal opinions or preferences, a cashier's duty is to provide equal service to every customer, without prejudice or bias. Not only did this incident tarnish my perception of Nordstrom Rack, but it also left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer. It is essential for businesses to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where all customers are treated with respect and fairness. Unfortunately, my encounter with this particular cashier was far from that ideal. I hope that Nordstrom Rack takes this matter seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Discrimination should never be tolerated in any establishment, and it is crucial for the management to provide proper training and guidelines to their employees to ensure a positive and inclusive customer experience. I strongly urge prospective customers to consider this incident before choosing to shop at Nordstrom Rack. In my opinion, an establishment that allows such discriminatory behavior is not deserving of our patronage. There are plenty of other businesses that prioritize fairness and respect for their customers, and it would be more beneficial to support them instead. Overall, my experience at Nordstrom Rack was deeply disappointing due to the discriminatory treatment I received from the cashier. I hope that my feedback encourages the management to take appropriate action to rectify this issue and ensure that all customers are treated equally and with the respect they deserve.
