They are not honest in their services, they always look for a way to get you to spend as much as possible, to the point of lying to achieve it. I went through the entire process to buy a Tiida car, which was the model of interest to me, when the process was approved, they told me that they no longer had that model, that they were giving me a more expensive Sentra. I told them I wasn't interested and went to another dealership. 5 minutes later they called me saying that they had not realized that it was in stock and even with the details and versions that I wanted. This happened almost 5 years ago. There are employees who give good service, but there are others who are terrible and should not work in customer service. In the end, more dislikes than likes.

They lack more responsibility in customer service and their work regarding mechanics. They are not honest. The case is that they want to change a computer when it is only a relay or a nisan fuse. For many, it is the best, even for me. Return the trust. Thank you.
