Today I called NE Air in search for a HVAC mechanic. A local bank suggested them since they had always been pleased with NE Airs work. We will continue to be a customer of theirs from now on. Francis answered the phone within 1 ring and treated me as though I was an existing customer. He was so helpful and scheduled a technician to be here within a couple of hours. Sure enough Mark showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He was able to fix something others were unable to fix and did so in a timely manner. We are very happy customers! -The Royal Group-

The folks at N.E. Air were great to work with from the first phone call to the finish of the project! They are very courteous, knowledgable, and prompt. I would highly recommend them.
