New Balance

Logan was outstanding!!! During July 4th week, we went looking for new shoes. He talked to us for a long time about what we were looking for. We were headed overseas for three weeks with the anticipation of walking 10+ miles/ day. My husband picked out shoes and loved them. He asked me about shoes and I told him I hate buying shoes because my feet are so wide I never find any that don't hurt my feet. He asked me what size I was and brought out a pair. Long story short, they were perfect and I bought TWO pair. Thank you Logan!!! You made our vacation amazing!!!

Nice store, great service. I bought 3 pairs of 990s, v5 and v6. Store manager honored my discount coupon even though I forgot to bring it with me. They also gladly returned items for me which I purchased online, saving me the time and aggravation of shipping them back.

Love the New Balance brand but was not impressed with this outlet location. Small selection, high prices, and the staff member I talked to knew very little about the product line/basic questions (as well as chattering to other staff). Went home, did my own research, and found what I needed on Amazon for less

This store is excellent! I was assisted by Kam, who spent a lot of time making sure that I had the correct shoe and correct fit. Kam even measured my foot (I haven't had that done since I was a kid!) to make sure the sizing made sense. I will definitely go back for my next pair of shoes!

Logan was very helpful during my visit. He was super knowledgeable about the kind of shoe I needed and my actual size! 😊 5 stars for him but only 4 since I did not find the color I want and have to buy online.
