Jason measured me, said it'd take three months and delivered in two. Listened to my needs and reassured me when I asked about warranty! Upfront, read that manual about product and understand capabilities. Takes straight Medicaid when no one else would. Very nice guy texted me and kept me up to date on progress of 6 steps to get electric wheelchair. Thanks guys! You dah best!

Jeff was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend this company with anyone with a disability they understand and are willing to help in anyway they can, I look forward to working with Jeff and his company in the future.

My wheelchair was damaged by an airline a couple months ago. The company coordinating replacement set me up here. I was able to get remeasured to ensure my chair still was a perfect fit. I just received the replacement (~2 months after the incident) and they were able to check the fit and make any adjustments I needed. They also shipped the loaner chair back to the coordinating company for me.

After assessing our needs, the products were ordered and installed within 3 weeks. All representatives were friendly, helpful and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone who has seating and mobility issues.

Wish there was negative star rating. Was given run around from the very beginning. After numerous months still never received my mobility scooter. Phone calls never returned, dealer never sent paperwork for reasons why I wasn't able to get my scooter, depression set in and became suicidal. Waste of time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY you won't get what you need
