I ordered a new wheel, I was told that I have pay half upfront. I gave them my credit card number. They ran the card for half payment and then ran it again the same day. Then when they delivered the chair they wanted more money. What way to run a business. I was in business 35 years I never pulled that on customers. Look some where else for a chair. They lost this customer in the future.
We have paid every cent they've asked for. We are private pay. We have paid, now, thousands of dollars to have them send out techs 5 different times, order the wrong parts at LEAST 5 times...paid and paid out of desperation to get my dad's chair fixed. NO WE.. they, after screwing it up 5 times want another 800.00 dollars to order ANOTHER part...
Excellent service. Met us at our home, explained everything and made appropriate adjustments. The device is a perfect fit for us. Would recommend them again.
wheelchair company is very horrible beyond words. They should not be in business. I've never felt or said this about any company. But they should shut down.
For they do not care even one bit about customers needs.

Got my chair and they billed me for a feature that was not ordered! Went round & round about it to no avail.
