Dave was incredible.
After pandemic it took almost a year to get parts for an overhaul.
New mechanic came to the house August and did batteries... front wheel bearings rear end. Tires.... the next day then I got up the rear end was squealing and clicking.
My doctors have called twice to see about getting the new rear end fixed replaced repaired.
Called and made an appointment at home on october 2nd week. No show.
I havent received a call back.
Rear end is clicking and squealing should be under warranty.
Customer service. Who can I contact? Left 20 plus messages since overhaul in August.
Cant go to another mechanic as i bought several chairs with them.
Have left mecall.
Finally got the mechanic and he didn't know about appointment. Have called 20 times to get help
Frank and Dave are wonderful. They have serviced my son's wheelchair(s) over the last 17 years. They are very knowledgeable of their products and how to meet the needs of individuals with difficult disabilities. Yes, sometimes you may need to wait for a call back because they are a small office. I really like the new location in Pearl City.
Frank and Dave have been servicing my sister wheelchair for years since 1995 until now and still is they provide great work always recommend what's best for the client putting clients first. So whoever is giving low stars please don't don't blame them,blame them insurance companies that take FOREVER to approve anything....great work Dave n Frank.
They don’t answer their phone nor call you back. And they also will change the date you were supposed to get your wheelchair serviced I hate this company and how they treat customers
