Service was ok but I guess there's always away to provide better customer service

Terrible service, it is worth it that we are customers waiting, first it is their coexistence, and after waiting more than half an hour to be attended, they refuse to deliver a copy of the original invoice that for 5 years when they bought a unit they have not delivered, safe now for not wanting to look for it and for our imprudence to arrive while they are in their community (during business hours) they must have been bothered.
