I needed to rent a wheelchair for my mom who has trouble walking. I called and asked if they had a wheelchair available for today. They did. We went to get it and sign some papers. It was really easy and the employee was very efficient. She 3ven helped load the wheel chair in the vehicle. It was a great experience.

I recently had surgery that necessitated me having to sleep in a semi reclined position. My friend suggested I rent a lift chair and sent me the information for NC Mobility. They were extremely professional and responsive and knowledgeable. The gentlemen that delivered and retrieved the chair was very respectful and helpful with moving some light furniture around for optimal placement of the chair. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! The equipment we rented was literally in brand new condition and everything worked like it was supposed to. The units that they rent as far as scooters are concerned are very very simple to put together and take apart. I cannot say enough good things! We needed a lift chair for the 5 days spent “looking at the ceiling” recovering from corneal transplant surgery. Being able to adjust 4 positions made it almost bearable. NC Mobility booked the rental on short notice, arrived at exact times for delivery and pick up, bringing a chair that looked brand new. They were professional and friendly. We will absolutely call them for any and all future needs!

Everything went smoothly from the first phone call to the set up. Dan was very helpful with every detail. I got the best hospital bed for the best price as a used unit. They offered a new NICE mattress and new guard rails definitely out performing what you get from the insurance companies. The price was very affordable.
