Set up appointment to look at mobility scooters and were told they have them in stock but when I got there they had only 2 and not the brand I was interested in. They could order the one I wanted and have it shipped to my home but said before I spent that kind of money, I wanted to try them out. A TOTAL waste of my time!

I cannot recommend this company and its people enough. They are kind, incredibly competent, and respectful. They aren't just selling you a car or a piece of equipment, they are selling you a service. They follow up and follow through. We have had our converted-van for a year now and there has not been a blip. Tammy sold us the van and she regularly checks in and goes above and beyond.

I am a long time customer and recently visited there to have an issue with my van lift resolved. I had an appointment, and as always I was ushered right in. I met briefly with George, the tech that had worked on my lift a month or so ago, explained to him the problem, and an hour or so later I was back in business. I was pleased to have George assigned to the project as he had done an outstanding job on my previous visit, one that required some in depth troubleshooting. He truly is a valuable asset to their organization, as is Connie, Barry and others. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and my visits there are always a pleasurable experience.

There very helpful go beyond there duties,very clean,they have free drinks,coffee and snacks,they exsplane everything so you understand and show you what you really need not just for money do do lots for free,there all around grate,. Joe
