Adam at the Mobility Works in Villa Park is AMAZING. My mom needed a wheelchair van for my dad that fit their limited budget. Adam was the only person we encountered in our long search that listened to our needs and actually cared about finding something for them. He worked tirelessly to find a reliable van that worked within their budget. I highly recommend seeing Adam for all your mobility needs. He will make sure that you are taken care of. This place is the absolute best!! What a wonderful, welcoming dealership. I had an emergency where my transfer seat stopped working and Anthony, the service manager understood my urgency and was able to get me in immediately. Jesse, the technician diagnosed and fixed the problem. Even explained to me how it happened. I am simply impressed by their exceptional customer service. We traveled to Chicago to assist an ambulatory relative with several business errands that absolutely had to be attended to. We rented a van from their Niles Illinois facility. The van was a new Toyota Sienna Braunability. It was a live saver. Loading and unloading of a wheelchair via the side ramp was EASY! The doors & ramp were push button automatic as well as the side doors. The van even lowered itself to make things that much easier. The reservation was easily made and upon pick-up & drop off the Niles staff was incredibly polite and saw to our needs. MobilityWorks price was extremely reasonable. We can not say enough good things about our experience. We will use them again if needed. Thank you MobilityWorks!

I have been getting my Mobility van serviced at this location more than two decades. The service & sales departments is very knowledgeable of needs for your vehicle.
