I recently had installed a curb side lift in my vehicle for my scooter and their service personnel, Steve & Joe, spent a great deal of time after it had been installed showing me the most effective way to load & unload my scooter, thank you! Susan the salesperson is a gem, a pleasant lovely lady, great personality who made my purchase and installation stress free. Exceptional operation and the first place one should visit when trying to solve a situation dealing with a handicap problem? These people care!

If I where to refer any branch of Mobility works it would be office in Farmingdale. They are top notch from start to finish to even time you return the rental. I accidentally left my ezpass in vehicle and they where nice enough to mail it back to me in mail at my home address that's personal touch.

The service department was just great . Chris Joe Steven Craig best service around courtesy knowledgeable and understanding about my needs . Allison in the administration was kind and efficient . Even sent a van to pick up my car and returned it the same day. Great great service.. now, on the other hand, there’s sales department Don is a disgrace to the company. He is rude arrogant, and I wouldn’t suggest that you buy anything from him. He has caused a lot of trouble and a lot of misconception of what needed to be done on my vehicle thank God cut the service guys, I give them over 10 in rating I I give done a negative rating below zero

Mobility Works at Farmingdale New Jersey is one of kind. I don’t go anywhere else but here. I have been going here for years now and just like any other establishments there are ups and downs, but I will say Mobilty Works of Farmingdale is always been a solid establishment nonetheless. They will go above and beyond for your car needs and services. The staff is professional and friendly, and if you stay long enough they’ll treat you like family. Overall I assure you this is an establishment you can trust and build a bond with. I wouldn’t have the freedom of driving and going where I need to go without them.

I recently dealt with Don Dufty, and would highly recommend Don to anyone who is in need of an accessible vehicle. Don was more concerned about my needs than he was about making the sale. In no way a typical car buying experience.
