The customer service at this place is AWFUL! Absolutely awful! I called this place back in February. I was able to speak to someone and she said the “parts” lady was not in but she did get my information. She never called me back. Fast forward to the end of May, I decided to call back. I called twice and got someone the second time. I was forwarded to the “parts” department, left a voicemail and never got a call back! I was actually looking forward to doing business with Mobilityworks HSV but I guess I’ll never know since no one will call me back!! Don’t waste your time with this company!

We were traveling and found this store. John was very knowledgeable with my situation. He is a great person to have on your staff!

The General Manager, Tiana Slate was awesome. She was very professional & courteous. When selling us the handicap van she demonstrated & made sure we understood how to use all of the controls. She explained how to tie down the wheelchair. She said we could contact her if we have any problems with the van.

Been calling & leaving a message to get a return phonecall so I can have hand controls installed. So far no luck.EDIT well Mobility called me & quoted a ridiculous price for labor then said regional manager refuses to do any work until my negative review was down. Lol Over $800 for 5hours of labor is ridiculous for handicap person. This store is garbage. I highly recommend using a different company.

We have been using Mobilityworks for all our Braun Mobility Van's extended warrantee needs. They have been great, we have ordered a new Braun Van through them!
