Great service. I would definitely rent from this company again. They delivered the scooter on time at the airbnb. The building is older, but we worked it out and was able to get it into the building through the basement. My husband can't walk long distances, so it was so helpful for him to visit Nashville and a must for him to enjoy our visit. Restaurants and museums were also very accommodating to him with the scooter and were able to go everywhere around town.

Called to rent a mobility scooter while in Nashville and reserved one for the next day. They called me back about an hour later and said they would be able to deliver one that afternoon! This was even better than next day. Juliet was pleasant, friendly and a great help to me. She called back again saying it was delivered to the hotel even earlier than they anticipated.Appreciate everything she did. Would recommend them to anyone and use again if I need to. Can’t say thanks enough for the outstanding service!

Joe went over and above to assist me on my driver walker much needed replacement tote bag (first one sent by manufacturer was wrong one and he quickly reordered the correct tote bag) and hand grips he also delivered to my home in murfreesboro after finishing an install of a stair lift in Murfreesboro true customer service at its best would highly recommend him!!!

My wife sprained both ankles and we needed a wheelchair at short notice when visiting Nashville. Joe, who we dealt with is an absolute gentleman who provided a quality wheelchair in great condition.
