Mobility Plus Milwaukee

I am a local Physical Therapist and I referred one of my patients to Mobility Plus recently for a new rollator. My patient has some pretty significant mobility needs and Steve and his team were SO WONDERFUL for him. They let him try a few different options and even adjusted them as needed. They were patient with him and made sure he could use his device fully and safely before he left. I feel so confident and safe sending my patient to this facility in the future. THANK YOU!

I highly recommend Mobility Plus Milwaukee. While my Dad was alive, Steve provided exceptional customer service to him. When Dad's mobility scooter battery ran low, Steve delivered and replaced it in a timely fashion. When there was any difficulty with Dad's scooter, Steve responded right away, trouble shooting and providing a loaner as needed. Steve is very personably, Dad really enjoyed talking with him. After Dad died, we asked Mobility Plus to resell his scooter. They picked up the scooter, sold it, and provided payment promptly. I am grateful for the exceptional customer service this business has provided over the years.

Steve and his team are amazing! They quickly repaired my mobility device and then helped me find another device that works even better for me. They are friendly and really care about their clients! If your looking for a mobility aid check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Who vacuumed my carpet before my new lift chair was put in place ? Brian of Mobility Plus did. Who had extraordinary patience with me as I changed my mind about my purchase of a lift chair. Kit and Steve did. The staff of Milwaukee Mobility Plus are so customer service friendly that they should be national model for customer service. I am very grateful that Steve and Kit provide services and products for the disabled. I am so happy with my purchase of the E-Z Sleeper Golden lift chair . The chair helped lessen my spinal pain. I received an immediate diagnosis of motor failing. I was given a reasonable estimate, but was told it would be based on the cost of the motor from their supplier. Unfortunately, I ended up not wanting the repair as too costly (due to my scooter being an older discontinued model from another company). When I returned to pick up my scooter, I was using a different van than my drop off. I had a lot of boxes that I had to remove from the back in order to get the scooter to fit. The employees inside "saw" me doing that, and came outside and helped me! They also drove my scooter to the car, took it apart and put it inside my van. In addition, they said "no cost" for the diagnosis because of the fact that they also felt the price was way too high as had to be specially sourced! I was so impressed with their professionalism AND their unexpected help with unloading, reloading my van!
