Very sloppy service, only a few are attentive. They don't turn on the air conditioning. The other day it was so hot in there that ALL the chocolates were melted! There is a lack of variety and quality in the products. Paula Ney's is much better!

The HEAT in this store is too much, I feel sorry for the employees who have to work in these conditions, fix the air conditioning for God's sake!!!
