Several times when I bought products close to the expiry date, I realized that when I paid for the product, I didn't have the discount due. I have already been deceived for not paying attention when paying. And today again I had to complain that the product, despite being in the discounted area / close to expiry, I was charged an amount without a discount. As it often happens, you can say that customers are being deceived and it is up to denounce it to Procon.

Apparently, like most previous complaints, the service is still terrible and they don't do anything about it. I just left the market indignant because never before in a Pão de Açúcar or any other market has the service been so bad, by the same employee. Today, Saturday, 01/21, 9:00 am (young employee, maybe Ana). I rang the campaign (available at the bakery to call an employee's attention and be assisted), I rang and waited, no one came, I took a look at some things around, rang again, she came promptly on the second ring, but tapping her foot, and she was extremely rude. Then I picked up other items and headed to the cashier. The guy with the drink asked me for 1 minute (she was next to me, saw me at the cashier and continued doing what she was doing, but apparently she should have been the one to help me at the cashier). Another girl came out of the door and called her by name, as I mentioned, probably Ana, and said: there's a customer at the checkout. Only then did she go to the cashier to assist me (or rather, do me a favor), again forgetting to use the politeness she probably received, she was hostile again, this time I went too. The service is completely different from the general service at Pão de Açúcar and in the place where it is located, in relation to the other stores available. Get better!
