Today, Wednesday 02/08/2023 at 6pm, I was leaving the Pão de Açúcar parking lot on Av Dom Pedro in Guarujá and they were carrying out maintenance on the drains. Lids open in the parking lot, which is dimly lit.
My car fell with the driver's side front wheel into the culvert.
At the time I went to look for someone in the parking lot and there was no one there, the outsourced service providers who were doing the maintenance took my car away and I left thinking it was nothing serious.
On the way home, my car was broken down and I made a complaint on 0800 at Pão de Açúcar with protocol number 4074530 with the attendant Soraia.
I hope they take some action, as this is a disregard for the consumer and if nothing is done I will take action against the market.
Because I want the images that I was there as proof and you will obviously see that on the day and time mentioned they were carrying out such maintenance.

Establishment trash. I placed an order on Ifood yesterday, with delivery scheduled at night, the order was not delivered and the establishment didn't even respond. I waited more than 3 hours to receive the order, I wanted to say that the world doesn't revolve around this rude manager, who doesn't give any feedback to the customer.
