I'm going to change my assessment. I sporadically went to Sugarloaf because there was no cheese curd at the competitor's.
In the past, I didn't go because of the terrible management, I was no longer a customer.
But when I entered today the store had a different look. Everything was organized, prices were organized and the store was clean. I talked to Bruno, including a great manager. Everything is organized and the price matches payment at the checkout. From today onwards I will be a Pao de Açúcar customer again.

I recently moved to Moema and didn’t know this market existed! A friend mentioned cmg and I went there to do my shopping… I loved the experience! Super organized store and great atmosphere! I didn't know where a certain product was and the store manager was super polite in taking me to the location where the product was! I think the person responsible's name is Breno, I don't remember... but anyway, I loved the experience and they gained a client
The service is terrible, there is no one serving the bakery, the employees keep talking and don't pay attention to the service. I go to buy bread and give up because there is no one at the counter helping. They stay at the cashier chatting. Unfortunate !

I have been refused several times to cut cold cuts on the spot, even though none of the ones I ordered are on display, they try to force us to buy ready-made packages, which, by the way, are almost always strange-looking and dark. Another time I was being chased by someone who works at the place, every time I went to a corridor, this man would appear and force me to help or look at me from afar, even though I refused, when I arrived at the customer's checkout and went to do my own service. He appeared out of nowhere sticking his fingers into the screen where my purchases were, again forcing help that I DIDN'T ASK for, I had to be rude so he would stop bothering me. The products on sale almost always have the wrong codes and when you go to the cash register they come with a full price. Non-alcoholic drinks are always hot products, there is no iced juice box in the place, for example. The bread department is always empty of people, and you have to run around looking for service. And most of the time the service is bad, because they just look ugly, and when you ask for help, it's even worse. I'm losing the habit of going and preferring to pay more than having to go through certain things at the establishment. I HOPE THEY GET BETTER.
