This printer is outstanding. They are responsive, fast, skilled and communicative. I am a graphic designer and they really understand the nuances of creating great materials – they ask good questions, follow specs to a T, and they just do it so quickly that I simply don't know what I would do without them. They are essential to my business and my clients. THANK YOU, Minuteman!
I decided to change printers for my business needs because the quality was going down and the price going up. I decided to give Minuteman Press a try. Not only were they conveniently located in the town in which I live, but the customer service of Emelia , Barry and their staff of printing experts aalong with reasonable pricing has won my business.

Though I appreciate your response, it is very important that I point out that my review is 100% accurate. I do not appreciate you calling it false. I have email correspondence to back up every word of what I wrote. I can copy and paste it to here, but I don't think you want me to do that. You mentioned that you are short staffed and unable to take on new projects at this time, that is completely understandable. That is All that I was looking for, a reason to why you couldn't make the sign. It's a shame the lady there couldn't bring herself to say that to me. There is nothing wrong with a customer asking to speak to the person they feel comfortable with. I was not only asked to leave, I was asked to never return. Who Does this?? You see my point here? Common courtesy is rare these days and the lady that works for you doesn't have a clue to the meaning. I find it appauling that I would be asked to leave and never return because I had the audacity to ask why you could not make our sign. The purpose of my review is to alert potential customers of yours, you know... that common courtesy thing... it really does go a long way.
I am sorry to say, worst experience ever. I stopped by this location to see if they could make a sign for me. It had been snowing and they were closing early, the gentleman that works there was leaving but took the time to talk with me and was very nice. He asked that I email the details and he would look at it and email me a quote. The next day I received a very short email response in return "we can not make your sign". I was surprised by the short response. I decided to stop by to see if I could get a reason why they were unable to make the sign, was it the type of sign I was asking for? the material I requested? I wanted to know. So, I drive over, the door was locked. I could see two dogs sunning themselves in the doorway and a woman telling me to hold on while she put the dogs away. I being the dog lover that I am, say "I don't mind, I love dogs" She snaps back at me "well I mind, I dont want them jumping on people". I thought "ok whatever", I entered the office area and introduced myself, trying to explain that I received an email saying they couldn't make my sign. She snaps at me "We Can't Make Your Sign." I said "I'm only wondering why you can't make it", she repeats herself as if I didn't understand her words the first time, she barks "We Cant Make Your Sign." That is where I could feel a warmth come over me, I took a deep breathe and said "I'm sorry I find you extremely difficult to deal with, is it possible to speak to the gentleman that helped me the other day" (I am still only looking for a reason to why they cant make my 16" aluminum sign)? She got so angry with me and barks "I Want You To Leave!!" I was stunned by her arrogant, non professional tone and words. I said "no, problem, you'll never see me again." I drove three miles down the street to KC Signs and the nicest young lady was super helpful and Guess What??? they are making my sign!!!! I asked them if my sign was unusual in any way? I was told "no, it's a very commom sign you're requesting." I shared with them the experience I had with your company. I just can not get over the horrid experience I had here. I wish I could give a Negative 5 star rating. The customer service skills of that older woman at the front desk leave a lot to be desired. I would suggest maybe she take some classes on "how to deal with customers on a professional level" and/or "ABC's of customer service".
