Nice store, with lots of useful stuff. The store is clean and free of odors. Very nice friendly staff, always ready to help. Although the store is small, the selection is good. Prices are average, probably cheaper at Home Depot

The level of customer care is amazing! Very kind and helpful staff. The place is well staffed and has a nice selection that includes the majority of home hardware needs. I would use this place to purchase specific items that you need in a pinch as pricing is on the higher end, but regardless, it’s totally worth it in exchange for the great customer service.

My experience today reaffirmed why I continue to shop Miner's Ace Goleta. The help and service continues to amaze me. Skip in the electrical department was a life saver. Not only did he steer me to the right product I needed to solve an issue I had with the power supply to my outdoor water fountain but he talked me through the entire assembly and proper way to install the unit. Miner's Ace is definitely deserving of five stars.

This store is awesome! I went in today & was greeted by no less than 3 friendly employees who asked me if I needed any assistance. Such a far cry from how challenging it is to get help at Home Depot. I am not affiliated with the store in any way. I am just so happy that we have this store in Santa Barbara!

My wife and I had a horrible experience this past weekend at this store,we went to get utensils for our new griddle and at the entrance was a popcorn machine, there were a couple of persons helping their selfs, and I decided to get some too. Big mistake, all of the sudden the “lady” at the cash register started yelling at us, in a very rude manner, not to take any popcorn, it was humiliating, I felt like I was stealing something, my wife told her that why she didn’t tell the other two persons not to take popcorn, she said in the same arrogant voice tone that she did not see them, but of course, see had eyes for us. Won’t be back to that store for sure, they made us feel like we are not welcome, and to make it worse,that person yelled at us in front of a lot of people.
