After searching high and low for a Sara Stedy to rent for my mom to rehab at home, I finally stumbled across Midwest Mobility. Having had less than successful interactions with many other companies, I was not expecting much, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was welcoming and encouraging over the phone and the owner, Geoff, promptly returned my call even after work hours and moved heaven and earth to get the equipment to us promptly. I could not be happier that he was so accommodating and put my mom's needs first, which is exactly what you hope for when renting equipment such as this!

Professional, knowledgeable, informative. We could have made our electric scooter purchase just blocks from our home. Everything that Geoff is, is exactly what the staff at the local store wasn't. This was an important, reasonably expensive purchase. We were so comfortable with Geoff that we transacted over the phone. The scooter was waiting for us when we arrived. Geoff reviewed every nut and bolt with us. We pulled up to the trunk of our car at which time Geoff demo'd the disassembly process. He made sure we knew what we needed to do. They were great! Saw Geoff (owner) one day and Andre (Lead Technician) another day. Both answered all of our questions and showed us the different features of different units. We bought a scooter from them yesterday! Highly recommended!

Hey I wanted to leave a nice review for Midwest mobility who came out to service my two powered wheelchairs. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Geoff himself who came to service my chair in a fine timely manner. They came out within 4 days of me calling them and Mr. Geoff was very patient as well as precessional. He communicated with me as he worked on the chairs informing me what was going on with them both. Once he was done with the assessment he ask me if I wanted my chairs fixed the same day which I’ve never been asked that from any company. Usually they come out do the assessment and then set a date to return with the new parts. This is what sets this company apart from all the other companies I’ve dealt with having the new parts already at hand. I mean come on now how convenient is that? The last company I dealt with they took over 4 months to fix only one chair and here you have it I get my chair fixed within 4 days I’m definitely sold. I truly recommend this wheelchair company to all who is seeking a repair team. And might I add my dog max found Mr. Geoff work and professionalism very intriguing as well. I am so grateful to have found Midwest Mobility!! Geoff, the owner, was amazing! I went in with my mom looking for a power wheelchair for myself and never felt pressured into buying anything. I found the chair I wanted on my first visit but wasn't ready to make my purchase at that time. Geoff let me know that I can come in as often as I needed, if I wanted to test drive it again or had any further questions. He even took the time to show me how to lift different power chairs using a power lift. He did this knowing I wasn't ready to buy that day, which I truly appreciated. Geoff showed me how to work the wheelchair until I was confident using it, answered all my questions and listened to my concerns (since this was my first power chair), and helped my mom and I see how the chair would fit in our trunk. All this helped me feel confident in the decision to purchase the chair by my third visit. I felt Geoff genuinely cared about me as a person and that after my purchase I would be well taken care of as a longtime customer. As a recent ambulatory wheelchair user, it was emotionally difficult accepting that I needed a power wheelchair, so I truly appreciated his patience and how comfortable he made me feel throughout the entire experience. After he helped us load the chair into our car, I had to give him a great big hug because he was just so wonderful. I look forward to visiting again once I’m ready to buy some accessories for my chair. I would definitely, without a doubt, recommend this place to anyone!
