I brought my vehicle in after experiencing exhaust fumes in the passenger compartment and suspension concerns. Not only were my concerns addressed, James worked late to get it back to me. I appreciate the casual professionalism, work ethic and honest provided. This was my 2nd occasion to use their services. The 1st experience brought me back. Their rate are competitive but their work ethic will keep me returning. Thank you, James and Midas.

I don’t recall his name, but he was extremely professional and apologetic when I hard part issues (at no fault of his shops). His customer experience skills were fantastic and he had his team stay late so I can get the wife’s car back. I’ll have to add a comment once I find his name. He even noticed my other care had a bad brake light. Had me pop the trunk and replaced it for free in 3 seconds!

James was great . I had to work with him to address a manufactures issue with a rotor /pad combination for my wife’s car. He was professional , patient in describing the problem , and was quick to address the issue without giving any excuses. He worked with me during myltiplr visits to take care of the problem . I will recommend this Midas Site for my friends .

James and Payden were solid in addressing my transmission concerns and through in assessing the situation. They were patient, and showed general consideration into how they were handling it. I got an explanation of what they were doing, what they were looking for and how they were doing it every step of the way. I really appreciate what they did. I have taken my car to two different dealerships and paid a bunch of money only to just receive lazy excuses and basic OBD scans, which I've already done myself. These guys went above and beyond, and even saved me from spending money that I didn't need to. Thank you!!

Expensive Air conditioning service that was/is not done right. Immediately after repair, the air was not was not working. then starting working, Still having issues where the air does not work, then it does... when it does; the air flow is intermittent. I had a warranty of 90 days to bring my car back, but I didn't want to chance it with more issues to arise if I took it back in. Will take my car to Volvo to have them fix the work that was done at this location. In addition, my car was held hostage at this shop for 2.5 days... Zero stars but I had to click 1 to post this information. Completely Unsatisfied with the Work and money I paid for Extremely Terrible car service.
