Despite the bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The guys were nice and straight to the point about pricing. The Black Friday deal was buy two tires get two tires for free with an alignment. Luckily, the tires I needed were eligible for the deal, ending total around $500. They also did a complete inspection that was free with the service. However, everything took longer than expected, about 3 hours, and at one point, the guy working on my vehicle was eating chips and drinking the crumbs. Next time, I'll just drop my vehicle off rather than waiting but I did get free coffee.. the alignment and tires are good !

Our Jeep is 21 years old. The front brakes are original to the car. They needed extensive replacement work. We also needed an oil change. The details of the work needed was explained to us clearly and we were given a written estimate. In addition, the work took all afternoon and the employees stayed after 6 pm to complete the repair. We appreciate that this location also honored our military family with a military discount for the work. The rear brakes also need to be done. We will return to this location next month for that work, as well. We have 4 cars and 3 of them have been to this location for muffler replacement and brake work. We have been very pleased with the work performed. We would recommend this Midas location for quality auto repair. Thank you to Tom, and the mechanics for taking good care of us today.

Thain the manager was awesome. I felt bad cause I'm exhausted today and not really in the right head space for small talk. But even so, I appreciated his energy and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend

First time going here. Had an oil change done here. Prices were really high. They offered a coupon, but it wasn't worth it. Wasn't happy about it at all. I don't even want to give it a one star. I'd rather give no stars.

These guys really know a thing or two about exhaust work!! My check engine light came on and they read it and did their diagnostics for me and found that I needed to get a new direct fit catalytic converter put in. I was worried about price but they gave me a slam dunk price. Thank you Thain and Shane for taking the time to explain everything and thank you to the technician who performed the work!!! I think his name was Payton or something like that. I truly recommend these guys. Best in the business for sure!!
