Midas is now my go to for all things auto care! In fact, I’d say they put the care in auto care, thanks to Lance, their service manager! Manage he does, with ease, an adept level of expertise, grace and efficiency I’ve never before encountered in auto care.
Midas is a mind reader, as they sent me a flyer with a promo for $20 off an oil change, tire sale AND a FREE blue tooth speaker! How did they know I NEEDED an oil change?! I called on Friday, and amazing Lance immediately answered with his warm, inviting welcome. Boy, did he have his ducks in a row!
He asked how I’d been and if I still had my Avenger. I was pleasantly shocked in a momentary reflection trance and advised him of the upgrade to my 2018 Lincoln Continental Select. The entire call was as pleasant and efficient as can be. He advised he would still honor the coupon, though Monday was past the exp. (10/31, appt. 11/6).
FF to Monday and I’m pulling in the off street free Parking lot of ample size. The shop is open and bright, with windows from floor to ceiling on two walls, affording a casual, crisp, clean and inviting space for customer interactions. This is where I found Manager Extraordinaire Lance, manning his mighty crew as he greeted me with his warm bubbly personality and flawless pearly whites.
Though he had a plethora of activities he was attending to (with the ease and efficiency only he could make look like a walk in the park.), he made me feel at home. Although he had a multitude of customers, both in person and on the phone, he navigated through the three customers and two customers quickly.
A blend of ethnicities and multiple languages filled the room and yet he afforded each and every one personalized, genuine attention, yielding smiles around the room effortlessly. There wasn’t a step missed, although any layman would have been easily overwhelmed by the extensive amount of tasks he had to attend to (including the shop itself, orders, contracts, customers, billing, etc.), Lance made it look fluidly easy peasy!
The waiting area had a variety of seating, allowing for individualized space, making you at home with a delicious donut shop coffee, or a soda should it tickle your fancy.
What seemed only a minute later (maybe 3?5), Lance, the master of his game, was checking in with each customer before he called me back to the desk. I felt like I won the lottery as he apprised me with the best overview of my vehicle/service/rec’s ever. Lance even cued up a video clip to show the recommendations! I couldn’t believe it! I’ve never seen anything like it, nor had any experience in terms of auto care so amazingly detailed and executed to perfection.
Although “just another day at the office” for Lance, he made the experience extraordinarily special with his efficient and personalized skills. He complimented me on my care of “Magnet”, an above and beyond measure he delivered effortlessly, with his bubbly smile, ensuring I had a complete and thorough understanding throughout checkout and, drumroll please…

I’ve have had super reliable service from this Midas since I moved to the cities in 2020. They initially helped me with battery problem after problem, with kind and friendly service every time. They helped figure out the problem without making too big of a dent in my wallet lol. They are able to fit me in and get my car fixed every time. They even have a comfy waiting area! They answer any and all car questions and never hold back any information or suggestions, and always make sure I understand what’s going on with my car. They always make sure my car is good to go! They are even willing to work with me when I’m hurting for money, or help out with a rental if my car will take too long! I absolutely could not ask for better service and I hope to be able to come here for more years. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH, you are all awesome!!!
I'm so thankful to have found an auto repair shop where the employees are trustworthy and kind. Everyone is friendly and there's a positive energy at this Midas. I never feel as if I'm being convinced to pay for something I don't need done. The oil change punch card makes for a great deal too.
I was in desperate need of a new tire, and I didn’t have a lot of time. I worked with Tanner when I first came in and he was able to guarantee they could replace both my back tires in the same day, and he was really helpful letting me know about their interest free financing up to 6 months. After the work was done, Van helped with opening up that financing and getting me ready to go. Both of them were super helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be back to this location! It was also a very clean, comfortable, and accessible location with comfortable seating to wait at. Thanks Tanner and Van! I’d been avoiding getting my tire replaced and you both made it a less stressful ordeal.
Customer service…. Amazing! I wasn’t just given a quote and quick fix. Lance, the expert mechanic, explained to me in detail what was going on with my truck and future prevention plans on how I could run it more efficiently. Super patient. Super understand. Wow.And one hell of a discount!
I’ll go there again, anytime, for any of my car troubles.
