Loved this place! I’ve never been to Midas before. Found them looking for a good price on an oil change. They got me in right away with fast email responses to the website system. Guys were super knowledgeable and did not try to upsell. Lobby was clean and stocked with refreshments which everyone loves!
They found an exhaust crack in the inspection which was hard to see and let me know. Very helpful. Will be back for sure!
I just switch the oil change from Mazda dealer to Midas, that I make a correct choice. They are quick to do their job and have a very fair price, moreover it contains free vehicle check and tire rotation. Highly recommend it for efficient work and reasonable price!
They are always transparent about what needs to be fixed and what can wait. They never try to suggest things that don't need to be done just because I'm a woman. I love that they give me a review of everything with my car and a cost estimate. The cost is always right around what they estimate, usually within 10 to 20 bucks. I love that I can drop the car off after work and pick it up after work. My car is a pain to work on, and they never charge me extra for it. They never do any work on my car without out my express permission. I highly recommend them, as the owner of an older car and a woman, you are in good hands with them.
They were very prompt when it came to getting me in right away & talked me through every surprise issue that popped up during inspection. They also explained to me what needed to be done piece by piece and what would happen if I didn’t follow through. That was very helpful in figuring out how to prioritize each issue.
My front headlight was out and I called in to get an estimate. I was told their "book" price (after inputting my car details) would be $304 for labor alone. $304 to change a headlight on a Honda Civic. Before moving to the US, I would get it changed for $15 Canadian Dollars in less than 10 minutes. The mechanic would just go in through the hood. Never had any issues. I am extremely disappointed in the Midas pricing. Although I did not come in for this repair, I have previously gotten work done here on my breaks and I can't help but wonder if I was ripped off then. I think it is important for potential customers to do research and not just settle for their "book" pricing because if their headlight repair pricing is of any indication, they are way over priced.
