Manager Diego SUCKS very inexperienced mechanic's especially the female. The best "Midas to go where they have experienced mechanic's and great customer service is on Devon and Lincoln in Chicago, IL" They repaired everything the Midas in Westchester destroyed!!! NEVER NEVER TAKE your car for service there. I DEFINITELY DON'T THINK THAT EITHER ONE OF THEM ARE CERTIFIED MECHANICS! RUN!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Very DISHONEST STORE IN WESTCHESTER, ILLINOIS!

We called Midas 45 minutes before they closed on a Friday for an emergency tire patch, and they told us to bring it in right away. They patched it for us within 10 minutes and they were incredibly kind and didn’t even charge us. Such a lifesaver! A great experience that helped us out in an emergency.

Not a pleasant one. The people that are there now since the last month that I was there do not know how to run it. You make an appointment and you have to wait until the one mechanic that is working out of 4 people who are there takes care of you. Why are there 4 people and people that make appointments have to wait for one person. And while you are waiting if someone comes in with a tire issue then they will Take care of them before they do anything with the people that have an appointment. Take my business elsewhere because I've had enough

I had a great experience at this Midas! The manager Diego gave the best service. My tires were replaced quickly and efficiently! I would highly recommend.

diego is the best store manager ever! he changed my tires and i have never seen a better job in my entire 50 years of life
