I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a Tuesday at 10am. Routine oil change. I called at 1:37pm to check on my car. The tech said we haven’t pulled it in yet. I said 4 hours is too long I need to come get it he said “sounds good”. No apology, acted like my time/business was of no value. When I came to pick it up, the guy who checked me in did offer an apology said the cars ahead of me took longer than expected. One car was in the bay when I arrived for drop off and zero were in the parking lot. This was my second time at this location and it was the last chance these folks had with me.

Chandler and his team was absolutely amazing! They not only got us in for an oil change literally on call but it ended up being cheaper than what was expected. Great service absolutely! So friendly and very helpful!!! I'm extremely pleased with the service and will be going back!

Dave and his team were all so friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me the best prices they could and finished my vehicle quickly. It’s nice to have an auto place so close by that’s trust worthy. Thanks again!

Called at 3 today they close at 5 they were able to get me on right away and make my car safe again so I could safely get back home to Indianapolis. Dave and his team went above and beyond for me. Very nice people great to work with. Would give 10 stars if I could highly recommend. Go here and talk to Dave he will get you fixed up in no time.

Dave and all the guys are great, I get free oil changes from the dealership and I come here instead because of the great customer service, it’s the only place I bring my car.
