Midas is where I take my vehicles to best service, employees are so nice Bob very honestly will let you know what's all wrong with your vehicle I Love this place when it comes to my vehicles. Keep up the good work. Downtown Indianapolis

I showed up for a tire rotation and a wheel balance with no line outside. They got me in right away and put my car on the lift. It took 3 hours to balance 4 tires, they didn't rotate. Some one else came in to get a headlight changed, she already had the headlight. They wanted $60 to change a headlight. I will never go here ever again.

My appointment was at 9 am. I was out before 10. You can see everything that goes on with your car while it is in the shop. Very knowledgeable people and awesome customer service. Offered a wheel alignment but I chose not to get with it. Overall great service

I brought my car in at 9am to get my brake pads/rotor repaired and everything was completed on the same day! The service manager Bob (Robert) VanDusen was fantastic. Him and his friendly mechanic guys were great about keeping me informed regarding the progress on my KIA Forte. I was really nervous about what to expect, but Bob and his staff made me feel at ease answeing all of my questions. My total bill was less than what I expected, so I'm very pleased. The coupons were a plus! I am highly recommending that my friends & family get their vehicles serviced at the Midas (1210 N Illinois St.) location. 😊

These guys were wonderful. They got us in fast, diagnosed the issue, gave us a great price and we were very happy with the choice to go with Midas . We will definitely be returning with our other vehicle that needs assistance!
