I called to ask some questions and Caresse answer the phone. She was so polite and bubbly and it sounds like she loves her job. Her customer service was excellent and answered all my questions. Great customer service is rare these days and Caresse was extremely pleasant to work with!

Great experience with desk check-in and I can see crew are working together to get my Jeep serviced. Definately would recommend this Midas garage.

Marcus, Caresse, and the whole team at Midas East Euclid did me a solid when my car decided to give up today, Black Friday 2023. Brought it in at 2:45, they were able to get it fixed. They stayed open late for me. They did their best to get me the lowest possible price for the repairs.
